Alyssa Fruchtenicht is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Manager of Behavioral Health Services at Black Hawk-Grundy Mental Health Center. In this role, Alyssa oversees the therapy services provided at the Mental Health Center, school-based therapy, and therapy services at community-based locations. She started her career at Black Hawk-Grundy Mental Health Center as a school-based mental health therapist, then as coordinator of the school-based therapy program, and most recently as Manager of Behavioral Health. Alyssa continues to provide school-based therapy with adolescents and their families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns. After graduating from Buena Vista University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Alyssa went on to pursue her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Northern Iowa.

Troy Belmer, Gordon Flesch Company / Alive & Running Iowa

Troy works full time as the Sales Manager for Gordon Flesch Company. His wife, Candice, owns her own salon in Waterloo, Roots Beauty Finery. Their son, Jayden, lives in Cedar Falls and works for SciPlay. They started Alive & Running Iowa in 2010 with Ryan and Melissa Nesbit. In 2010, they held a 5K run / walk that was attended by over 450 people. Each year since, it has been a two day event featuring a remembrance ceremony on Friday night, followed by the 5K run / walk on Saturday. They typically have over 1000 people attend these events each year in Dunkerton, Iowa. The events are always held on Father’s Day weekend. They raise money to help those working in mental health and have donated over $100,000 to various community organizations including UnityPoint, Mercy One, Black Hawk Grundy Mental Health & Cedar Valley Hospice.

Lindsay Stack, LMHC, CADC, Pathways Behavioral Service

Lindsay Stack, LMHC, CADC is a licensed mental health counselor, certified EMDR therapist, and certified alcohol and drug abuse counselor with Pathways Behavioral Services. She has served in a number of roles within Pathways, as a gambling treatment counselor and prevention educator; an outpatient substance abuse counselor; and as a mental health therapist. She currently serves as the Treatment Coordinator for outpatient services at the University Avenue office. Ms. Stack received her master’s degree in mental health counseling from the University of Northern Iowa. She serves on the conference planning committee for the Iowa Mental Health Counselors Association (IMHCA). She is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and IMHCA. Ms. Stack has been providing behavioral health services to the Cedar Valley for more than 10 years.

Brooke Hollohan is the Family Support and Wellness Case Manager at the House of Hope. Brooke has a Master's Degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Independent Social Worker. She is also a certified Yoga teacher and has training in Trauma Responsive Yoga. Brooke has worked with children and families in a variety of roles including foster parent, CASA, School Social Worker, and Children's Mental Health Worker. She is very passionate about mental health wellness and the accessibility of mental health services for vulnerable populations and also believes that there can be great healing when we work toward a more trauma responsive community.

Pam Delagardelle, UnityPoint Health - Allen Hospital

Pam Delagardelle is the president and CEO of UnityPoint Health – Waterloo, which includes Allen Hospital, UPH-Marshalltown, affiliate hospitals in Grundy Center, Sumner and Independence; Black Hawk- Grundy Mental Health, more than 25 clinic locations, a growing home care program and Allen College. Pam served the organization in a variety of leadership roles since 2000. She was named CEO of Grundy County Memorial Hospital in 2003. In 2008, she was awarded the Iowa Hospital Association Excellence in Leadership Award while the hospital won three consecutive National Rural Health Association Top 20 Hospital Awards from 2011-13. In 2012, she was recognized by Mount Mercy University for the Distinguished Service Award.
Pam moved back to her hometown of Waterloo in 2013 to serve in her current role. She contributed to the vision for UnityPoint Health – Prairie Parkway, a 90,000-square-foot outpatient facility located in the fastest growing area of the region. Delagardelle serves on numerous community boards and service groups. Recently, Pam was recognized by the Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame and earned the Fulfilling the Vision of One Award from Grow Cedar Valley, the area’s economic development organization. Delagardelle received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in nursing from Mount Mercy and her Master’s of Science in Nursing Administration degree from the University of Iowa. Pam and her husband, Rick, have five children and six grandchildren. Pam enjoys spending time with her family boating, showing horses and gardening.
