Raffle tickets are:
$5 for One Ticket
$20 for Five Tickets

In order to create a contactless experience for golfers and guests, this form will allow you to select which raffle basket(s) you wish to drop your tickets into. Please note, if you purchase Five Tickets, you will need to select the checkbox at the bottom of the form to receive your $20 rate.
