South Hills Golf Course (1830 E. Shaulis Road, Waterloo, IA 50701)

DETAILS:

• Four person, 8-inch cup best shot tournament
• $150 per player (includes greens and cart fees, lunch, dinner, a $50 SCHEELS gift card and chances to win thousands of dollars' worth of prizes)
• Check-in and lunch begins at 10:00 am
• Tournament begins with a shotgun start at 12:00 pm
• Proceeds benefit the 2026 Cedar Valley United Way Campaign

SUPER TICKETS:

• Super Tickets are $40 in advance and $50 at check-in
• Super ticket purchasers have access to all hole event contests and receive five raffle tickets as well as two mulligans
• Purchasing a Super Ticket also gets you a golf themed scratcher card. The player with the lowest total score gets to putt for $1,000 cash after the tournament concludes and wins a certificate for a free three-day / two-night vacation getaway for two!

PAYMENT POLICIES:

• Team registration will be pre-paid only. Payment must be received by June 1 in order to hold your team's spot. If your team has not been paid for by June 1, and there are others on the waiting list you may lose your place.
• Payment is nonrefundable. In case of illness, participants will receive a raincheck for an 18-hole round of golf and cart at South Hills Golf Course.

WEATHER POLICY:

• The Cedar Valley United Way Golf Classic is a fundraising event. Every effort will be made to conduct the tournament safely, and no refunds will be issued due to weather-related delays or cancellations. In the event of severe weather, play may be delayed, suspended or cancelled based on course conditions and participant safety. If inclement weather occurs, all participants should seek shelter immediately and follow instructions from tournament officials.
• If no golf is played due to weather and participants have not teed off, all participants will receive a raincheck for an 18-hole round of golf with cart at South Hills Golf Course.
• Once a golfer has teed off they are no longer eligible to receive a raincheck coupon for 18 holes of golf at any Golf Waterloo course.
• If severe weather prevents play, participants will be invited to attend our "Clubhouse to Casino Celebration" at Isle Casino Hotel Waterloo featuring food, prizes, networking and indoor activities.
